Erica joined the church staff in October 2021 and serves as Children’s Administrator and Pastor Armstrong’s Secretary at Tucson Baptist Church. In 2025, she earned an Associate degree in Bible from Tucson Baptist Bible Institute.
She has a servant’s heart and is always willing to help wherever needed, faithfully supporting church ministries with a joyful spirit. Outside of ministry, she enjoys time with her son, Jacob. She loves coffee and the simple moments of family life.
