Andrea became an invaluable member of our team in June 2022 after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Bible and Elementary Education from West Coast Baptist College in 2021. Her journey with us began soon after her marriage to Noah Kerch in July 2021. In her role as Church Secretary, Andrea seamlessly collaborates with the pastoral staff to bring to life the vision of Tucson Baptist Church. Erica joined the church staff in October 2021 and serves as Children’s Administrator and Pastor Armstrong’s Secretary at Tucson Baptist Church. In 2025, she earned an Associate degree in Bible from Tucson Baptist Bible Institute. She has a servant’s heart and is always willing to help wherever needed, faithfully supporting church ministries with a joyful spirit. Outside of ministry, she enjoys time with her son, Jacob. She loves coffee and the simple moments of family life.

Lauren joined our staff in March 2022. Prior to working for Tucson Baptist, she spent 8 years working for the University of Arizona doing administrative and financial work. Lauren started attending Tucson Baptist in 2005 where she later met her husband Daniel, and they were married in November 2012. In addition to overseeing the church finances, Lauren is the Awana Club secretary, sings in our choir, works in our church nursery, and participates in many seasonal church events like VBS,…

Shelli came to Tucson with her husband, Pastor Brent Armstrong, in 2009. She has served Tucson Baptist Church in many capacities over the past 15 years. In her current position, she plans and coordinates events. She willingly serves in whatever capacity is needed. Shelli enjoys spending time with her husband, her three children and their spouses, and her eight grandchildren. She loves to travel and has a passion for missions.
